This banner exchange network is mainly aimed at arts, photography, erotica and quality adult websites. We are especially looking for members with well designed sites and lots of visitors. We are serving over 120,000 banners per day so we can handle your traffic! Quality sites will get their banner displayed EVERY time they display a banner on their own site (a 1:1 display ratio). They will also be given 5,000 or even 10,000 free banner exposures on joining.

Terms and Conditions

1. Sites should be of good quality and contain no illegal material. Sites are accepted into the exchange on the approval of the editors of innocence-lost.com. The editors' decision is final, after any appeal has been considered. Lower quality sites may be accepted into the scheme but with a lower display ratio, and no free exposures.

2. A maximum of ONE pop-up window is allowed on your site.

3. Banners must be 468x60 pixels in dimension, and under 15 KB in saved size. JPEGs, GIFs and animated GIFs are allowed. Banners should be well-designed and any nudity or profanity will limit the areas of the network in which they can be shown. Banners should be an honest representation of the content of your site. All banners must be approved before use.

4. The link from the banner must not lead straight to a page which is likely to cause offence - if you have a site with adult content it must link 'outside' your warning page.

5. The code given to you to use on your site must be used as given, with no modification other than to make the banner fit in with the look and feel of your site (e.g. the BORDER width may be changed). Advice on this will be given as necessary.

6. The banner code may be used on as many pages as you wish, but should ALWAYS appear on your main page (the page where your link leads to). If you do not wish to have our banner on your main page, then you must point the link in your account to a page on your site that DOES contain a banner. In other words, when a visitor comes to your site by clicking on a banner displayed on our network, they must see our banner code on the FIRST page that they visit.

7. Banners should appear NO MORE THAN TWICE on any page (if a banner appears twice on a page they should be at the top and bottom of the page). The banners must be clearly visible on your site, and we expect a minimum click-through ratio of 1.0%.

8. Banners hidden in a large group of other links are not acceptable. This leads to low click through rates and low quality traffic. Our banners should appear at the TOP of any collection of banners.

9. No artificial means of increasing your display count is allowed. IP addresses of banner viewers are logged and excessive displays from one IP address will be noticed.

10. You are permitted to use your innocence-lost.com banner as part of a banner rotation scheme on your site, but you should tell us you are doing this.

11. Violators of the terms and conditions will be suspended and given a chance to make good the problem. Failure to do so will result in exposure fines, reduction in exchange ratio or removal from the exchange scheme.

12. Innocence-lost.com accepts no responsibility for the content of member sites, and no liability of any kind for damages of any sort arising from membership of the banner exchange scheme.

You can submit your banner either now or later. The link can also be used for current members to check their statistics and upload new banners.
